Wisdom teeth sutures?

i got my wisdom tooth extracted on wednesday (only one of them) and the dentist put sutures surrounded by i think he said they would fall out within a couple days but i cant really remember. questions: how long does it usually take for them to come out (he said come out not dissolve). Also when will i be capable of brush that part of my mouth, i've been brushing my teeth lately not that upper left part. ok gratefulness in advance. ooh yea and for how copious days do i have to do the warm saline water swish?

Answers:
It depends on what kind of sutures the dentist used as to how prompt they will dissolve. Plain gut will go away in around 4-7 days, Chromic 5-10 days, and Vicral can take weeks.

If they start to bother you after about 5 days you can newly carefully snip them out or go posterior and have them do it.

Use the salt hose down rinse a few times a day for about a week and you can brush very soon just be very meticulous around that spot.

Don't use straws or smoke because they can cause a dry socket.

When in doubt bid your dentist back. =).
the ones I had dissolved within 4 days.
keep on the warm brackish water, and be careful not to suck out the defacement tissue by sipping on straws, or hard candy, your toothbrush, or dislodging it with your tongue. When you knock out the scab forming, you risk getting a dry socket, and that hurts similar to Crazy!
I went ahead and did the swish thing (doc give me antibiotic swish) for two weeks after, until I ran out of swish.
