When do they relate you something like the rubber band for braces?
I just got my braces on yesterday and they told me adjectives about eating and adjectives that, but they never told me about when i'm going to have to wear rubber band or if I even have to. When did they tell you when you enjoy to wear them and I heard they hurt, do they?
Answers: The rubberbands are actually used to correct your bite and are not required until then on in your treatment, usually depends on how bad your bite is, that will determine when and how long you will own them.
They are uncomfortable but if worn properly, it will only later for a few days.
Actually, once you get your rubber bands it should be exciting because they usually require you to wear them for 1-3 visit before your braces are removed!
I had braces twice and my teeth be beautiful but my bite was still characteristics of off. The rubber bands made me bite differently and very soon I have a gorgeous mouth! I never thought they were sensitive, just kind of annoying and made your mouth a bit sore (like when your braces are tightened, etc). The with the sole purpose time I really thought they hurt was when one snapped in your mouth, OUCH!
Best of luck to you, when you achieve your rubber bands, make SURE you wear them (or you'll own braces for longer).
ive been wearing mine since mid january 2007. i dont even have the rubber band yet but i know i will get them surrounded by the next few months ( i get them sour in january 2009). the two possibilities are:
1. everyone gets them at different times, depending on how your teeth are on the increase
2. you will get yours close to when you get your braces past its sell-by date.
When they give you the rubber bands to wear, be sure to wear them and pocket some tylenol for the pain. The pain doesn't end the whole month till your next appointment and they rubber band make the difference in the time you hold to wear the braces overall.
It all depends on what you need. I intuitively did not get them until about 6 months after I have already had my braces, but it varies on a defence to case basis. They typically do hurt at first, but eventually you get used to them..
Well, they do hurt. The rubber bands are helping the braces verbs your teeth into place.
I didn't get the rubber bands until my second year of braces. That's when they discovered I needed them.
Braces are prickly, I won't lie to you..
Depending on your bite, you may not need them. They will agree to you know when you need them or just simply ask at your subsequent visit. Yes, they make your teeth sore.
You usually find rubber bands near the stop of the treatment...make sure that when you get them you transport a pain reliever because your mouth can sometimes hurt for a little while..
you wear them back u get them off. they are probably the worse things contained by the world. no joke. dont worry, theyll inform you.
Yep they hurt. But you dont need them until youre almost done with your braces =]
