What can I use to whiten my teeth in need a dentist or whitening strips?

I brush and floss daily, but my teeth are still yellowish. I can't afford to get my teeth whitened by a dentist and I don't want to use whitening strips because they haven't help before. I need suggestions on what I can possibly use instead and how do use it. Thank you!

Commercial tooth whiteners use hydrogen peroxide and are expensive and inconvenient. A cheap and natural tooth whitening home remedy uses few strawberries but certain precautions enjoy to be taken. I found the information at http://www.aches.in/toothwhitening.html
you can mix baking soda beside water and rinse your mouth with it as various times a day as you want.
you can also buy toothpastes that can whiten, but those don't usually show visible results.
if your teeth are really stained, after maybe the only choice is to go to a dentist, but these other methods will still help to some extent.
also, to prevent the stains from getting worse, avoid things close to coffee..
Try using baking soda mixed near toothpaste. It worked for me. Also, if you smoke and drink dark colored beverages stop because it doesn't help..
Apple cider vinegar can be used for teeth whitening. More remedies and information about your teeth at http://useinfo-dentalcare.blogspot.com/
