I think braces are your best option because you capture a long lasting effect as long as you wear your retainer after the treatment is finished. Besides, you are helping yourself with getting a better bite and it's your own colloquial teeth. You can get the regular braces, cosmetic braces, which are the ones that are the color of your teeth or you can also have invisalign, which is a exotic technique with trays made with a computer at a lab and you can wear them every daylight but take them off for a few hours if you hold an important event such as a prom. You can also have veneer done, but that's a more invasive procedure, where the front part of your teeth are shaped and a veneer is lined on the facial part of your teeth (kinda like a rig nail so you can understand). The good bit about bonding is that this material is added to your tooth lacking shaping it or cutting it. But the disadvantages of the veneers and bondings is that you hold to be very careful beside them so they don't come off like no apples, no corn on the cobs, watch out biting a sandwich, etc, and you also have to maintain them have your dentist checking them up. If anything happens to them you have to catch new ones. Think about it and choose the alternative that best suits your interests. Good luck!.
get hold of braces because braces do have a longer affect, and you can get ones that are clear, close to a retainer, or braces that are like regular braces, i dont really know how to explain it.. but they kinda blend with your teeth. ask your dentist or orthodontist going on for these opitions. good luck =)
