If you brush your teeth before there will be that jelly stuff contained by your mouth (which I don't mind but. brushing it off would be nice too) and if you brush after does it reverse all the whitening you only did??

You should brush your teeth after! If you read the directions/reccomendations they say not to brush your teeth right before you put them on. By doing so, your teeth will be whiter and brighter. You can brush them after! =)

That's what I do, and my teeth are beautiffull! =).

You should brush your teeth back.. by doing so you are making a nice clean surface so the whitening strips can whiten your enamel. You can brush them after if you'd like too...
