Just got a deep teeth cleaning this morning. A part of a set of my gums are still bleeding. But I see a lot of food stuck on my teeth. Should I wait on brushing my teeth tonight? Or should I of late rinse my mouth? But isn't rinsing bad while my gums are trying to heal? What should I do?

It is a must that you verbs to brush w/ a soft bristle toothbrush 2-3 times daily as it only take 24 hrs for tartar to begin to rearrange.
