Please serve near a toothache?
What are some things we can do to fix it? Allow me to clarify a few things right off the bat:
-We can NOT afford a dentist
-We hold NO pain killers
-We do NOT enjoy cloves
-We do NOT have salt for gargle warm salt sea
-We don't have any sort of numbing agents
-We don't have whiskey
-We cannot dance to the emergency room (we're not in the US--they won't treat a toothache in the emergency rooms here)
-We've tried slow brushing of the teeth beside various gel and high-sensitivity toothpastes.
-We can't go to the store until at lowest 10 hours from now, it's past midnight here are within are no 24 hour stores anywhere
Any ideas? Please no bashing or loathsome comments.

For temporary relief, catch a tea bag and have him bite on it.
The cold water as suggested above may minister to. I had what turned out to be a fractured tooth. Pain killers including Vicodan did not work. I discovered that I get temporary relief when I took a sip of cold marine to take the various pills.
I be taking sips every 10 minutes for hours.
He needs dental care. There must be some route to budget payments.

Eek! I would think the cold water would get it worse.
Many of the things you've considered are not effective against dental pain at adjectives. Only hard alcohol (any kind) and oil of cloves (not only cloves themselves) work.
Since you don't have much of anything in the house which can address dental twinge (how do you cook without any salt surrounded by the house?), about all you can do is administer a general-purpose cramp reliever in a higher dosage.
Assuming your boyfriend is wholesome except for the tooth, he can take 600 mg. (usually, 3 pills or tablets) of ibuprofen (Motrin, Advil, or generic) every 6 hours for pain short any damage--for a few weeks, no more. After that, there's the possibility of liver problems.
This will not make the pain travel away, but it will reduce it.
He will need dental nurture, whether you can afford it or not. Pain at this level suggests an abscess, and that can be serious..
Have him hold cold river in his mouth.
