My dentist is billing me for something he didnt do! What can I do more or less this?
Answers:
TALK TO THE DOCTOR AND MENTION THAT YOU WANT AN EXPLANATION OF THE REASON FOR THE BILL. IF YOU THINK THIS IS WRONG AND HE WON'T RESOLVE THIS TAKE HIM TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT. BELIEVE ME, HE DOESN'T WANT THIS EXPOSURE AND THE NEGATIVE PUBLICITY IT CREATES.
Could be human error within the billing office, right? We all take home mistakes.
Nonetheless, stick to your guns. If you were told by your DDS certain things be no charge, then they should be no charge.
If it can't be resolved I suppose you could call the better business bureau for proposal??
Good luck..
Calm down. Take it up beside your dentist. I am sure he can explain it to you or maybe they simply made a mistake. That happens..
I can't help you but I can empathize beside you I had a top incisor with a post and full crown beside came loose. I went to the dentist to enjoy it re-glued. He took the drill to clean out the hole in the root for the post. He told me the root could not be save I was shocked but he's the Doctor - right so he said the root had to walk and I needed a bridge 1,000.00 dollars what am I to do it's a front tooth. So when the root was remove I saw he had drilled crooked and the drill come out the side of the root I asked to keep the root and he said yea sure and he proceeded to drill out the center to a bore the would not accept the post to cover his a** By the time I saw what he be doing it was to late. I did obtain some justice because I threatened to go to the county broadsheet about what happen and cause such a stir in his office they( the dental group) consent to him go.
