The first week is probably the hardest because you're getting used to them.the first week I would get through soups (thats what they told me to eat)

When I have braces, I used a dampen pic instead of floss as I could not attain the dang floss between my teeth. The dentist who put on the braces told me and give me a chronicle of foods to stay away from. Sugary gum, sticky gooey stuff, and nuts be on it.
I can't remember what else.
