I used to use Listerine but it be hurting my gums, i own gingivitis. Then someone recommended peroxide, that did not bother my gums but it dried my throat out. Then i saw a commercial for ACT mouthwash and it works great for me! It depends on what works for you, not what other empire influence will work. So preserve trying different brands. You will find one that works.
Listerine is really great for protecting your teeth from corrosion. My husband have get some impossible teeth and the dentist told him to use Listerine and it have be working accurate for him. Maybe u should buy a toothpaste that help protect the other things.

I'm sorry you have such a rough time, i'm glad you are home. I am a smoker and my teeth be really washed out too, but I started using Listerine whitening rinse, and you wouldn't believe the difference! You can pick it up at wal-mart for in the order of 6-10 bucks..polite luck and god bless.
You may own some pale run away beside simple brushing & flossing, but most of the coloring will not travel away unless you enjoy some sort of bleaching/whitening treatment done. The stains are below the surface(absorbed) into the tooth.

I hold a sore underneath my tongue, on the side in the neighbourhood the back-- I enjoy to push my tongue out of the method to see the sore. That may be from me pushing my tongue around to show my husband and whine a couple times a time. Gargle w/ heat up saline marine, and use the orajel for spasm. (I notice ambisol have more benzocane within it, as does Wal-Marts Equate brand "Orasol" (20%).
