Sounds like it has rotted alright. You can go and get a root canal and get a crown. They craft the crowns white, gold or silver. But you need to draw from to the dentist ASAP.
You may have taken a knock to the root/nerve that's killed this tooth past its sell-by date. It will undeniably have to come out. Speak beside your dentist about prosthetics, and he will suggetst something.

instead of removing it capture a root canal treatment & a crown fitted to it. You are too younge to get tooth removed. Replacing it will be more problematic..
