You could mix a little baking soda w/ peroxide, put on tooth brush and brush teeth as usual. ( don't swallow) Rinse. Hope this helps:)
Colgate whitening strips are good to use... find them at Target, Walmart, etc.
Or ask your dentist for whitening gel... it does a pretty penny, but it's a stronger percentage of whitening gel than what the stores carry. Some dentists also carry Colgate whitening strips, just like the stores carry, but the gel is stronger... With this they make molds of your teeth to make whitening retainer like things so you put the gel in there & then wear for about 30 min-1 hour...

there are many new products out for whitening your teeth. you could get a toothpaste with whitening or something like crest whitestrips or the gel but your teeth do take time to appear whiter. It won't happen overnight
well brushing but multiple times a day WILL give you whiter teeth...
other than that head to a walmart, target, or something along those lines and look at the teeth whitening products and randomly pick one.
