very well it certainly is no fun. they numb your mouth so you dont feel anything but pressure. of late think of your little rabbits the whole time. I abhorrence to go to the dentist but I have found its not as impossible as I think. You will be fine..
Only the injection hurts.
Ask for numbing cream before-hand (or bubble-gum cream in some places).
If they put that on the nouns, and leave it for a few minutes you shouldn't feel the injection. Also gross absolutely certain that your mouth IS COMPLETELY numb in the past they start drilling, because otherwise it does hurt. Believe me, The short pain of another injection is better than being competent 2 feel the drilling and filling. If it does hurt at any time swell your hand at the dentist or something.
But honestly, your dentist will have done the procedure thousands of times. How several people do you know that have have fillings??.
They dont hurt cuz he will doze you with an anesthetic...so u wouldnt feel the spasm...i got 1 done ;)

No, they do not hurt. Your friends are 'playing' you to get you afraid.
The dentist will use a topical anesthetic like ambesol to numb the gum effective the tooth. He'll then use a very small needel to inject some more local anesthetic to get the tooth or teeth he will work on numb and you will not feel a thing. You may enjoy a small bit of soreness around the injection site after the anesthetic wears off a couple of hours alter... but except that it (getting a filling) WILL be painless

I've had both silver and white filling put in. Either way, the filling themselves do not hurt. If the dentist has to drill out any decay later that can elicit pain but this is entirely different than the subject of fillings.
The wadding itself is simply some material that the dentist applies. It's painless. The filling itself will abet protect the tooth from further decay.

what the hell do rabbits have to do with your teeth? any ways, if you miserable do they hurt after wards, the answer is no. i've had mine for similar to 15 years. is it uncomfortable and a little hurty to bring back them put in the answer is yes. don't worry you'll be fine.
and so will your rabbits, they won't thinking a bit if you have fillings.

With the ones I have have it didn't hurt to get the fillings it be the toothaches and the numbing that hurt for me. The toothache was the worst. The numbing only hurts for a couple of second.
Its more humiliated than anything. As long as you get the anesthetic needle previously hand (which isnt fun) you wont feel most of it.
DONT do what I did & opt not to own the needle... then it reeeally will hurt.
Im not much of a syringe person. But it makes the world of difference.
The dutiful thing is that its usually over pretty quickly. There are much worse things to take done at the dentist!!.
i get one done when i was really little so i cant remebered what happened but adjectives that i can remember is that they hurt a lot

They won't hurt because your dentist will stick you with some novacaine before he fill it. All you'll feel is pressure. :)
It hurts for just a minute when they put the novicane in. After that your mouth is numb which is humiliated but not painful. After the numbness wears sour there might be some tenderness, but it won't be very badly painful..
If the dentist is pretty fitting then it will be just fine...but if the dentist sux honourable luck! ! !
i've had at least ten filling... most when i was a kid.. they dont hurt at all. the worst member is the numbing shot at the beginning and how your mouth is still numb after.. but no pain really..
