For some people, yes a little bit but im terrified of needles and injections so im to busy fainting becuase i have a needle being shoved into my gum so im not sure for me x].

It depends on the person, but it sounds like you are having some reaction to the novocane injection if you are in the UK give Nhs direct a call see what they advise, its normal but i would get some medical attention just to be on the safe side
