would that impair my teeth or help with whitening

Answers:    It is foolish, but if your asking if it will cause damage probably not. The bleach they use on the at home kit isn't strong enough even combined to do any real hurt. There may be a possibility of having a reaction to mixing the bleaches but i'm not sure of that. But your enamel would be fine to do that. Just don't do it each day for a long period of time!.
