I read from oilpulling.com that OIL PULLING really works. It helps your skin, whitens your gum and teeth. I've been wanting to try this, but I'm not sure if I should try this next to braces. My orthodontist has never heard of grease pulling so they don't really know what will happen. Will it loosen up my braces? Will it cause the metal to rust? Has anyone tried grease pulling? Does it really work?
