Bad breath/mouth problems...?

Well, the title pretty much says it all, but I don't know what I'm doing wrong... I brush and rinse and gargle next to Listerine twice a day (morning and night) and I floss once every other day. I'm pretty agressive near it, too. I know I do a good job... However, unless I've of late brushed and flossed and such, my breath becomes sour smelling. It can be pretty bad. ESPECIALLY when I wake up up in the mornings. Also, throughout the day this (white?) show forms in the corners of my mouth, but it's not a lot. After sleeping my oral cavity, the corners of my mouth, my teeth, and gums are covered in (what I'm assuming is) the same piece. I drink water periodically which helps maintain the stuff from forming, and I chew mint gum, which helps with that and the smell. I don't really know if any of this is conventional or not. Can I fix this?

Oh, I think I may have a exceptionally mild form of gingivitis. My gums are a little puffy, but it's not really bad, and I've be more agressive lately and the puffy-ness has decreased

Try the Therabreath line of products..
You are dehydrated. Don't brush hard, this will sustain with the gingivitis also. But do it 2 times a day. Listerine will bequeath you dry mouth. So find something else. There is Oasis, (which is for dry mouth) or if your young there is Act. You do obligation some good bacteria contained by your mouth. It might be your digestive juices also from your stomach that are cause the smell. Drink plain sea about 30 oz a day to start. Then increase it slowly respectively day. Tea, Coffee, soda all are dehydrating fluids
Hey Deaf,

I don't as a rule copy and paste an answer I've already given on this site, but in your armour, I'll make an exception because I want you to have this information. Ending your unpromising breath is important, so here goes:

************

This is your lucky daytime.

I have always be the kind of girl who searches for answers. I look into for my own answers because I learned long ago that doctors and experts give alike advice about things, but on the odd occasion tell you simple answers that work.

Of course you must floss at least once a light of day and brush your teeth, gums and tongue at least twice a day. Gargling next to mouthwash is an added bonus and keeps germs away. Also try to brush after your meals and drink plenty of liquid throughout the day, so your mouth does not become too dry, avoiding a lot of sugary drinks if you can. Most general public are dehydrated. The body needs greatly of water to digest your food and remove toxins. Water flushes the system.

After that, a lot of impossible breath comes from your stomach, especially if you eat a lot of meat/protein. Meat releases a gas, I deduce sulphur. Eggs do too. Eating a diet high in protein will make a contribution you bad breath, so balance it out near some carbohydrates, like a dinner roll or slice of bread.

Next, my greatest secret:

Go to a form food store or the Vitamin Shoppe and purchase chlorophyll tablets. The Vitamin Shoppe has some in 50 mg softgel tab. There are 90 softgels per bottle, and I usually order 4 bottles at a time. I think they cost approximately $7 respectively. Start taking around 2 tabs per day. Your feces will definitely turn green, but your breath will be great. I take mine before I drink in the morning. Chlorophyll acts as an "internal" deodorant. It go through your gut and gets rid of body odors. If you make it a regular module of your diet, you won't worry too much if you accidently "pass gas" or enjoy a "bowel movement" at a friend's house. It won't smell too strong. And when you wake in the morning, your breath will no longer be a problem.

I'm a strength nut so I also sometimes take a super green foods tablet that also contains chlorophyll.

Another thing I do beforehand I go to a dentist is I floss and brush my teeth first and then drink hot lemonade. I squeeze one or two fresh lemons into a small mug and incorporate water and a lot of sugar/sweetener to it. It should be exceptionally concentrated. Then I put the mug in the microwave and drink it like hot tea. Sometimes I verbs it into a thermal mug and drink it on the way to the dentist.

It works every time. When I see a dentist, my breath is always fresh and sweet. When the hygienist buffs my teeth after a cleaning, she NEVER ever uses the minty pulp. She uses the fruity one because my breath is already very fresh.

Try it. I'm sure you and your loved ones will like the redeploy..
Try hygienic mouth freshner and and eat fresh food and yes verbs your teeth everyday and *remember to clean tongue also*
Everyone have given great replies..I would like for you to consider a sinus infection...this can cause adjectives the above symtoms you mentioned.I suggest you take a anti-acid pill(Pepcid) before going to bed...will serve with the breath and corners of mouth problem...My best to you.
mouthwash next to alcohol can worsen your bad breath problem for definitely it can incentive dry mouth which can speed up the production of bad bacteria inside the mouth. choose a mouthwash that have natural ingredients like essential oil.

cut off chewing gums and mints for they contain sugar in which fruitless bacteria in the mouth can nurture on, thus can make your bad breath problem really worse. if you deduce they are good in mask bad breath, well you are wrong because they are of no use within eliminating bad unpromising bacteria in the oral cavity.

try to avoid foods that are garlicky. sometimes fruitless breath can come from stomach related illness. it can also have profusely of causes like poor oral hygiene, dry mouth, sinusitis, medication, bacteria, gum disease and gum infections. to determine the cause of your bleak breath, you may need the help of a dental expert or dentist.

hold a good oral hygiene habits after dinnertime, be sure to floss, brush, and scrape your tongue carefully and properly. preserve your mouth hydrated by drinking lots of water. for more tips to get rid of bleak breath visit http://www.oramd.co.uk
