I use them too. I noticed it is profoundly better if i completely dry my teeth off near a washcloth before I put the strips contained by. This helps them stick to my teeth better and they slide like mad less. Try to hold your mouth surrounded by a natural state..moving your orifice around more tends to create more saliva. If your teeth are dry when you put them on...this make the strips stick tighter to your teeth and less obvious. I also use a toothpick to poke the strips into the cracks between my teeth...this helps ensure the bleaching agent get in within and also helps the strip stay more tightly stuck to your teeth.
They are totally worth it tho! My teeth stay white,,and I use them once a year.
